Cancellation Policy
Cancelation charges apply in the following circumstances:
2 days before reservation – 30%
Day before reservation – 50%
Day of reservation – 100%
(Change of dates also incurs charges at the same rates)
* CHECK IN TIME:16:00-22:00
We ask every guest to do check-in procedures from 4pm to 10pm. In any case we may be able to wait for you until 12am.
otherwise there will be no staff at the reception after 12am to check you in.
If you arrive after 10pm, you are charged an additional 500yen per 60 minutes late as a late fee.
Please make sure the time of arrival.
* CHECK OUT TIME:BEFORE 10:00
Please move your luggage out of the room. You can still stay in the living room after 10am.
*We can keep a luggage before check in time and after check out time.（8：00-22：00）
